The answers can vary, for everyone it's different, a person can relate it to their daily life experiences, what they learn at school/college, learning at work, or any professional training. Every individual has unique qualities and that's what makes them special. For me learning is important, I learn daily while at work, interacting with friends/family members, and even while shopping. I recently met with a salesperson at a store, he was new to operating the PoS equipment, and he extended my help since I was getting late.
